This season we will conduct a 4 PHASE development program.
Each PHASE consists of 4 workouts focused on a specific area of athletic/football development.
Although not a requirement, it is recommended (for maximum player growth and development) that players attend all 4 workouts in the PHASE they register for.
PHASE 1: April 6th, 12th, 19th & 26th – Body, Feet, Hands and Eyes.
Players will be taught the critical fundamentals of their Offensive and Defensive positions – Stance, Start, Leverage, Hand Technique.
PHASE 2: May 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th – Skills and Drills.
Building on the fundamentals learned in Phase 1, players will be led through series of drills chosen to improve their ability to consistently execute basic fundamentals in games. For Details on PHASE 2 Click MAY WORKOUTS
PHASE 3: May 31st, 7th, 14th & 21st – Strength and Mobility.
By using body weight, 1 on 1, 2 on 2 partner drills, weighted objects and resistance band training players will work to increase systemic strength and functional mobility. ALL sessions are non-contact. No equipment needed.
PHASE 4: June 28th, July 5th, 12th & July 19th – BEASTMODE!
The final component. SPEED. In these sessions, using football related movements, agility training and resistance bands, players will work to increase multi-directional speed, improve balance and flexibility.
This 4 Phase youth football off-season program is good for the beginner and experienced player.
It is great way to get your player ready for the season.
Remember this is Small Group Training,
